استيسي باي. ‎stc pay on the App Store

As per STC pay, I have received the alert that money transferred completed but at destination bank, the amount is not credited due to different currency and got cancelled from there side 4,5 days to compelete an online transaction? They told me that once operation is completed
There is no option on STC pay to select other currency but only PKR for Pakistan Scan the QR code at the cashier, or show the cashier your personal QR code to scan

Who will solve the matter.

So I selected PKR forcefully

I would rather happily wait in the line and get the work done

There is such a bad system and the safety is completely new I have asked STC pay customer service

4 to 5 minutes to get to the customer representative, and what for? It is a very bad procedure and no one can give a satisfactory answer from above.

But for Stc Pay , 2 days are off here in Saudi while 2 days would probably be off in the country of the destination bank
